Membership Manager solicits and prospects a new corporate.
Deliver Wellness Package (all materials are provided by the Sales & Marketing Coordinator and available on MyTac. These MUST BE PRINTED IN COLOR).

Once the company has decided on their wellness plan:

- Decide on marketing to be used, payroll stuffers, posters and/or email announcements.
- Ascertain “due dates” of the material and amount needed.
- If needed contact Sales & Marketing Associate Manager to assist with organization of events for the on-site.

Upon approval of the Wellness Agreement, call the company contact to arrange a meeting.

- At the meeting, review/sign the agreement, tour the company and view the area to be used for events.
- Send final agreement to company via email.

Scan the Corporate Agreement to the Regional Director, VP of Membership, Angie Carp and Emily Policastro.
Submit a Marketing Request for materials. Review materials via Trello:

- Allow two-week turnaround for marketing materials.
- Sales and Marketing VP and Marketing Director will review flyers and make needed corrections.
- Marketing will contact you for review and pickup.
