  Employee New Member Referral

  If an employee of The Alaska Club refers a friend to join The Alaska Club at any time during the year, he/she receives $25. The friend must let the membership department know that the employee referred them, so they can write the request for your $25 on the Membership Agreement.

  New Employee Referral Bonus

  If an employee of The Alaska Club refers a friend to apply for employment at the club and they are hired and work at least 30 days, the employee receives a $50 bonus in his/her paycheck.

  The friend must indicate at the beginning of the hiring process that the employee encouraged her or him to apply. Referring employees should coordinate with the hiring manager who will approve and request the bonus.
