Procedures for Re-hiring a former employee:
Rehire Documents to be completed, scanned, and sent to Payroll (New Hire email site) for any Rehire from any TAC position, either within a Year of Termination and not attending New Employee Orientation, or hired more than a year after termination and attending physical New Employee Orientation. The Rehired employee will be assigned on-line Onboarding pre-employment documentation to complete prior to working. The Rehired employee should use their old user id to login. If they do not know it contact Payroll. The Hiring Manager will provide the following completed documents to Payroll with sufficient lead-time for it to be processed before the employee works.
- MYTAC form (online) completed, notes including size for uniform to be issued, name to appear on name tag
- I-9 ID copied (form is completed in Onboarding Program) (ID must match what is required by Dept of Homeland Security or employee cannot work until proper documentation is received by Payroll).

- Job Application for the position being filled
- Task and Duty List
- New Employee Checklist
- Uniform Compliance Agreement
If required for the Job Position:
- Approved Work Permit
- CPR Certification
- Required professional certifications
- Hepatitis B acceptance/declination
- Criminal Background
- Check Authorization Driver Record Release
